1. Delivery Zone

We offer complimentary delivery services on agreed terms.


All products that are readily available are paid upon delivery if the customers is within Nairobi and environs.

All products/orders to deliver anywhere within Nairobi and environs/neighboring towns are prioritized for same day delivery if the product is readily available (in stock).

To qualify for this offer, ensure your delivery location is clearly indicated during the checkout process. Our team may contact you to verify your location for eligibility.


2. Standard Delivery Charges

The final delivery fee will be communicated during checkout or shortly after your order is confirmed. We aim to keep our delivery rates affordable and transparent.


3. Delivery Time

We strive to deliver all orders promptly, ensuring minimal wait times for our customers:

  • Delivery is typically completed same day as long as the product is in stock and readily available.
  • Custom made orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days, upon completion.

You will be contacted in advance with an estimated delivery time once your order is processed.


4. Delivery Areas

Our delivery services are available within Nairobi and nearby towns. We may also accommodate deliveries to other counties upon request.

5. Assembly of Furniture

Most furniture pieces come pre-assembled for your convenience.
For items that require on-site assembly, our delivery team will provide the service at no extra cost, provided your location is within our serviceable areas.

Assembly assistance for long-distance deliveries may be arranged in advance.


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to ensure that someone is present to receive and inspect the furniture upon delivery.
Any delivery delays caused by incorrect delivery details or unavailability may result in additional charges.

Please also ensure that the delivery path (doors, staircases, elevators) can accommodate the furniture dimensions.
We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to access limitations.
