- Due to screen differences and lighting, colors or finishes of products may appear slightly different in real life.
- Furniture measurements are provided and may vary slightly due to handcrafting.
3. 📦 Orders & Availability
- All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Once you place an order, we’ll contact you via call, SMS, or email to confirm details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or incomplete information.
4. 💰 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa (Till Number / Paybill)
- Bank transfer (on request)
- Cash on Delivery (limited to specific regions and order types)
- For custom orders, a minimum deposit of 50% is required before production starts. Balance is payable before or on delivery.
5. 🚛 Delivery Terms
- We deliver across Kenya using our own fleet and trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery times range from 2–10 working days depending on location and product type.
- Custom orders may take longer depending on design, materials, and workload.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and item size. You will be informed before dispatch.
- Customers must be available to receive deliveries. Re-delivery may incur an extra charge.
6. 🔧 Repair Policy for Transport Damage
We prioritize safe delivery. In the rare event that your item is damaged during transportation, we offer repair services only.
- Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- The item must remain unused and in its original delivered condition
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for such cases
- This policy also applies to custom-made items

7. 🔐 User Accounts
- You may register an account for easier tracking and faster checkout.
